About Ville
Ville Ojala has over 20 years of experience in finance, including more than 14 years in leadership roles. He has served as CFO in three mid-sized international companies and focuses now on interim and consulting assignments.
Ville’s background spans B2B services, SaaS, technology, and PE-backed companies, with recent engagements ranging from pre-revenue startups to international companies with €20–50M in annual revenue.
His financing experience covers collaboration with investors, banks, Business Finland, Finnvera, EU-funded projects, venture debt, and revenue-based financing. Ville also has hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integrations, and has participated in successful exit processes.
